Warning: If a minor is found to have registered an account, it will be permanently closed and all deposited funds will be forfeited.
Only one account is permitted per person, family, household, or IP address. Any attempt to create multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed and all bonuses being forfeited.
All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Accounts created using false information will be closed. vip taki may request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time.

You may request account closure at any time. Your account will be closed within 48 hours of receiving your request. Please make sure to withdraw any available balance before closing your account.
An account will be considered inactive if there is no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months. A monthly maintenance fee of ৳100 or 2% of the balance (whichever is lower) will be deducted from inactive accounts.

Deposits at vip taki can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Each deposit is credited to your account after verification.
Winnings derived from bonuses must meet the specified wagering requirements before withdrawal. Your own deposited funds may be withdrawn at any time, though doing so will cancel any active bonuses.
Good to know: The same payment method must be used for both deposits and withdrawals. For example, if you deposited via bKash, your withdrawal must also go back to bKash.
Vip taki reserves the right to suspend any suspicious transaction and request additional verification. Compliance with anti-money laundering laws is our legal obligation.

Most bonuses carry a 3x–5x wagering requirement. This means that if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place ৳3,000–৳5,000 in bets before making a withdrawal.
Free bets and free spins are typically valid for 7 days and will be automatically cancelled upon expiry. Winnings from free bets are subject to separate wagering requirements.
A bet is considered valid only once confirmed by the vip taki system. Any incomplete bet resulting from a disconnection or technical issue will be deemed void.

If an event is cancelled, all related bets will be declared void and stakes returned. If an event is postponed and does not resume within 48 hours, the same rule applies.
If clearly incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, vip taki reserves the right to void the affected bets. Paying out winnings from such bets is not obligatory.
